The short version

Be 18+. Drink responsibly. Always respect consent and boundaries. We're not liable for the dares you choose to do or skip. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel — manage via Google Play.

Eligibility

Party Roulette is for adults 18 years or older. The web preview is PG-rated, but the Android app contains 18+ content (Spice, Body Shots, After Midnight, Strip Dare, Kiss or Tell, Pillow Talk, etc.) that you must age-confirm to access.

Use it responsibly

• Drink responsibly. Never play to excess or pressure others to drink. Have water and food. Don't drive after.
• Respect consent. Anyone can skip any dare at any time. Always.
• Respect boundaries. If a player says no, that's the end. No penalty, no jokes.
• Stay safe. The "Body Shots", "Strip Dare", "Kiss or Tell" modes assume mutual consent. Use them with people you trust.

Subscriptions

Plus is $14.99/year or $1.09/week (price may vary by region) via Google Play Billing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel anytime in Play Store → Subscriptions.

Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. We don't process refunds directly.

User content

Custom decks you write stay on your device. We don't store, transmit, or moderate that content. You own it; you're responsible for it.

Service availability

We provide Party Roulette "as is." We do our best to keep it crash-free and online, but can't guarantee it. We may add, change, or remove features.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RiekApps is not liable for any damages, injuries, hangovers, soft-launched relationships, re-downloaded dating apps, or any other consequences of using Party Roulette. Play at your own risk.

Termination

Uninstall the app any time. We may suspend access if the terms are violated (e.g., automated abuse, illegal use).

Changes

We'll update the date at the top when terms change materially. Continuing to use Party Roulette means you accept the changes.
